Q1: Do your products support customization? A: Yes. Support size customization, thickness customization, and surface texture customization.
Q2: What are your payment terms? A: 30% deposit and 70% final payment to be settled before shipment.
Q3: What packaging method does your product use? A: Generally speaking, we pack goods into bundles or use wooden pallets. We can also package according to customer requirements.
Q4: What is your delivery time? A: For inventory, we can send the goods to the loading port within 15 days after receiving your deposit. For the production period, it usually takes about 20 days, which is 25 days after receiving the deposit.
